When you visit us, your Hermés item(s) can be quickly authenticated and appraised. If you agree with our quote, we can then immediately purchase your item(s) directly, in cash.

How to Sell In Store

STEP 1 Visit Us

Please visit us at your convenience.

Ginza Boutique 11: 00 ~ 20: 00 (except during New Year's holidays)

STEP 2 Assessment

We will authenticate and appraise your Hermès item(s) when you visit us.

Please prepare the following before you visit for an appraisal:
● Any items you would like to have appraised
● Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Residence Card, et cetera)

STEP 3 Get Paid

If you are satisfied with the quote price, we will promptly purchase the item(s) with cash. If we cannot reach an agreed price, you will not be charged any authentication or appraisal fees.
